(NYSE: AMP) announced today that due to the restrictions associated with slowing the spread of COVID-19 and consistent with its efforts to protect the health and safety of Ameriprise shareholders, employees, advisors, directors and others, the Board of Directors has made the decision to conduct the 2020 annual meeting of shareholders as a virtual shareholder meeting and there will not be a physical meeting in Minneapolis.

Shareholders of record of Ameriprise Financial as of March 2, 2020 are invited to the company’s virtual shareholder meeting.
