BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DentaQuest, the nation’s leading purpose-driven oral health organization, today announced the launch of a dental consultation hotline for residents of Texas during the COVID-19 pandemic. The service is available at no cost to callers and open to those who have questions about a wide range of oral health topics.
As dental practices across the country are reducing operations and canceling non-emergency appointments, DentaQuest is addressing the importance of maintaining optimal oral health while reducing coronavirus exposure risk to patients and providers. The hotline can serve as a valuable tool to avoid disruptions in care that may otherwise send people to already overwhelmed clinics and hospitals.

DentaQuest created this hotline in partnership with Community Dental Care. These dental professionals will offer guidance, and, when possible, referrals to local providers for emergency services.
Texas residents can call the hotline at (800) 236-7619, which operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time.
