Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation to Webcast 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation (the “Company”) (NYSE: ACRE), today announced that due to the emerging public health impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Company has changed the format of its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders from a physical in-person meeting to a virtual webcast.

The Annual Meeting will still be hosted on April 23, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time, but will take place in virtual meeting format via a live webcast at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/ACRE2020.

The Company encourages eligible shareholders to vote on the proposals prior to the Annual Meeting using the instructions provided in the proxy materials previously distributed. Shareholders attending the Annual Meeting via live webcast will have the opportunity to vote their shares at that time.
