Agilent Technologies to Change Location of Annual Meeting

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Agilent Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: A) today filed a supplement to its proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission announcing a change of location for its previously adjourned annual meeting of stockholders. The meeting will be reconvened on Friday, April 17, 2020 at 8 a.m., Pacific Time. In light of public health considerations relating to the outbreak of COVID-19 and the need to comply with federal, state and local restrictions on gatherings and movement, the annual meeting will be held in a virtual meeting format only. Stockholders will not be able to attend the annual meeting physically.
