Intentional Futures Names Victoria Burwell President

SEATTLE--()--Intentional Futures (iF), an idea-to-impact consultancy that helps clients transform using human-centered research, strategy, and design, announced today that Victoria Burwell has joined its team as the company’s president. Victoria will spearhead the next decade of growth for Intentional Futures, building upon ten years of groundbreaking innovation with some of the world’s most respected leaders.

Victoria brings more than 25 years of leadership, general management and marketing experience with Fortune 500 companies, startups and consulting firms. Most recently, Victoria co-founded Equinauts, a leading enterprise SaaS and predictive analytics company. Prior to founding Equinauts, Victoria served as a senior vice president at McGraw Hill, where she was part of the executive team, facilitated its sale to a private equity group, and led the digital transformation strategy and financial turnaround for the $1.2 billion education company. Previously, Victoria helped grow and successfully sell edtech startup Headsprout, known as a frontrunner in the adaptive online learning space that is now part of Cambium Learning.

Victoria received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Stanford and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She has a Master of Arts in education from Seattle University. Victoria currently serves on the board of Pacific Oaks College, a nonprofit, regionally accredited higher education institution.
