Baird & Warner Offices Place No. 1 in Chicago Agent Magazine’s REAL DATA

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Baird & Warner, Chicagoland's largest locally owned independent residential real estate services company, tops Chicago Agent Magazine’s REAL DATA 2019 list, with multiple offices placing No. 1 for achievements in 2019.

Real estate data resource REAL DATA aggregates residential real estate statistics to provide industry professionals quarterly and year-end numbers on the housing market. It features top-performing agents and offices and the highest closings for all of Chicagoland by county.

This year, three Baird & Warner offices made the list for their performance in 2019, placing No. 1 in their counties.

The Fox Valley office was the No. 1 office for residential sales in Kane County, with 360 properties sold and $202.3 million in sales. Baird & Warner’s Naperville office placed No. 1 in Will County, selling 311 properties with $198.5 million in sales.

This year’s No. 1 brokerage in Lake County was Baird & Warner’s Libertyville office with 509 properties sold and $286 million in sales.
