KBRA Announces Organizational Changes

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) announces the following organizational management changes:

Eric Thompson has been named Global Head of Structured Finance Ratings. He will now oversee the ABS, RMBS, CMBS, Structured Credit, and REIT areas. William Cox has been named Global Head of Corporate, Financial, and Government Ratings. This includes responsibility for Corporates, Public Finance, Project Finance, Financial Institutions, Sovereigns, Transportation, Funds, Insurance, and BDCs.

Additionally, Van Hesser has been named Chief Strategist and Andrew Giudici will now oversee Corporates in addition to his existing responsibilities leading Project Finance and Infrastructure.

All changes are effective immediately.
