Comcast Announces Redemption of $1.005 Billion of 4.45% Senior Notes due March 2047

PHILADELPHIA--()--Comcast Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCSA) announced today it has elected to exercise its option to redeem on March 15, 2020 (to be paid on March 16, 2020) all $1.005 billion principal amount outstanding of its 4.45% Senior Notes due March 15, 2047 (ISIN No. XS1569497107) at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes being redeemed plus any accrued and unpaid interest to, but not including, the redemption date. The Notes are traded on the Taipei Exchange. The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. is the trustee for the Notes.
