Trivest Announces Promotions of Dan Rogan, Jacob Roche & Frank Hapak

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trivest Partners (“Trivest” or the “Firm”) is pleased to announce the following promotions within its team, effective January 1, 2020. This recognition of accomplishment further exemplifies the depth of talent and experience on the internally-grown Trivest team.

Dan Rogan has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Dan joined Trivest in 2014 as Vice President of Finance. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of Trivest’s accounting and finance department, including the finance, tax and reporting requirements of the Firm and its various Funds. Dan also manages Trivest’s day-to-day investor correspondence, including all capital calls and distributions. Prior to joining Trivest, he worked for L Catterton and Deloitte Tax LLP. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University.

Jacob Roche has been promoted to Principal. Jacob joined the firm in 2015 as a Vice President. He is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, transaction execution and driving value creation for Trivest’s companies. Jacob works with Trivest portfolio companies AG Adjustments, Athletic Supply and Innovative Foodservice Group. Prior to joining Trivest, he worked for Sentinel Capital Partners and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Jacob received his B.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Frank Hapak has been promoted to Vice President. Frank joined Trivest in 2018 as a Senior Associate. He is also responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, transaction execution and driving value creation for portfolio companies. He currently works with BCC Engineering, GAL Power, Total Power and Oil Changers, among others. Prior to joining Trivest, he worked for Carousel Capital and Piper Jaffray & Co. Frank received his B.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
