MetLife Clients in The Gulf to Receive Enhanced User Experience with Launch of Data Engine, DataWorx

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Employers in the Gulf can look forward to a more interactive way to make informed financial and health decisions thanks to the launch of MetLife’s enhanced data analytics engine, DataWorx.

DataWorx is an advanced analytics engine that provides employers with insight-driven, visual reports detailing the financial performance of their medical policy, and clinical experience of their employees. The new engine will empower employers to make better, more informed decisions to be able to fully customize the benefits for each of their employees.

According to Michael Antwi, Head of Data Analytics, MetLife Gulf, the new system will help break down complicated numbers and tables into interactive visuals on user dashboards, simplifying and streamlining decision-making by providing employers with clear data to better support the health needs of their employees and optimize the financial performance of the employer’s medical policy.

“At MetLife, we’re committed to investing in tools that place our clients in the driver's seat,” said Antwi. “With DataWorx, we provide employers with the necessary tools that will help them better understand the unique experiences and needs of their employees and in turn, are able to deliver better bottom line results, and make more informed decisions that benefit their employees’ health and wellbeing.”

“Thanks to interactive visuals derived from robust health claims analyses, employers can look forward to increased transparency, as well as simplified, more-informed decision-making, and cost-savings when it comes to company insurance packages,” added Antwi. “The improved system will also support and empower employees to take the initiative when it comes to their health and wellbeing.”
