Red River Promotes Ross Woodley to Chief Programs Officer

CLAREMONT, N.H. & RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Red River, a technology transformation company, has announced the promotion of Ross Woodley to Chief Programs Officer (CPO). As CPO, Woodley will continue to oversee Red River’s Strategic Programs business, as well as the other business units within the Consulting Services division. Woodley previously served as president of the company’s Consulting Services division, after joining the company in 2016 as its vice president of Strategic Programs.

“In the three years he has spent overseeing our Strategic Programs, Ross has gained unique and invaluable insight into our capabilities, resources and productivity, and how we can better align to meet the growing needs of our customers,” said Rick Bolduc, Executive Chair of the Board of Directors. “This practical perspective, combined with his vision and leadership, will be a tremendous asset to our executive team.”

One year ago, Red River announced the creation of its Consulting Services Division with Woodley as its president. In that time, Woodley has led his team to define its place in the market, support Red River’s Program business, accelerate its technology adoption capabilities, expand application development capacity and enhance its cloud services business. Under his leadership, Red River was awarded two new strategic programs: the Strategic Offender Management System (SOMS), a 10-year, $46 million contract with the State of California; and CBOSS, a subcontractor award with Accenture to accelerate IT modernization efforts for the Department of Energy (DOE).

Prior to joining Red River, Woodley spent five years with Dell EMC where he was the director of COCOM/Defense Agency/MHS Strategic Program Pursuit and then an account executive for the Department of Veteran Affairs. Ross retired as a Colonel from the U.S. Air Force, last serving as the director of Washington Operations, United States Joint Forces Command, Washington D.C.

This announcement is the latest in a series of recent additions to Red River’s executive team, including: Tim Rod, Chief Technology Officer; Jason Juranek, Chief Financial Officer; and Jenn Hood, Senior Vice President of HR.
