Team of three veteran institutional investor strategists brings more than 50 years of combined institutional expertise

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Miracle Mile Advisors, one of the top ranked, fastest growing independent investment advisory firms, today launched an Institutional Consulting division to expand its platform to institutional investors including pension plans, foundations, endowments and non-profits. Miracle Mile Institutional will be led by a veteran team comprised of Gerard Tamparong, Frank Lee and Michael Treidl, who have 50 years of industry experience between them. Prior to joining Miracle Mile, the team successfully built and managed a $2 billion institutional consulting practice at Payden & Rygel.

• Gerard Tamparong, CFA, CFP, brings more than 20 years of financial investment experience and will head client services. He most recently was senior vice president and senior portfolio manager in the asset allocation management group at Payden & Rygel, making investment decisions for pension plans, foundations, endowments, Native American Indian tribes, non-profit organizations, schools and union portfolios.
• Frank Lee, CFA, also has more than 20 years of financial investment experience and is the investment strategist for the new division. He was a senior vice president at Payden & Rygel and member of the equity strategy group, managing the firm’s equity trading desk and its large-cap domestic and global equity strategies, and oversaw the asset allocation management group that managed portfolios for high net worth individuals and institutional clients using commingled investment vehicles.
• Michael Treidl, CFA, has 10 years of financial investment experience and is head of operations for the Institutional Investor Division. He was a vice president and portfolio manager in the asset allocation management group at Payden & Rygel. He made investment decisions for pension plans, foundations, endowments, Native American Indian tribes, non-profit organizations, schools and union portfolios.
