The new senior team members, who bring more than 60 years of combined experience as advisors on hundreds of transactions, will report to firm CEO, Tom Ryan, and President, Don Duffy.

Mr. Parish and Mr. Stettner will also serve as Co-Heads of Capital Markets for ICR’s broker-dealer affiliate, ICR Capital. Their addition further enhances the existing ICR Capital franchise. Mr. Ryan and Mr. Duffy stated, “Steve and Lee possess tremendous capital markets advisory experience and their addition to ICR Capital dramatically accelerates our progress toward developing the leading transaction advisory business in North America. We believe the ICR platform is ideally suited for this next phase of evolution in the business and we could not be more excited to join this team. In addition to being able to combine deep sector knowledge from at least 20 sector specialist groups and across more than 750 clients, we can now also incorporate fully-integrated communications support that includes investor relations, public relations, media and presentation coaching, crisis communications, social and digital media and governance advisory.”
