SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--OODA Health, a healthcare technology company focused on enabling real-time payments between patients, providers and payers, today announced three new members of its executive team: Traunza Adams, Vice President of People; Joe Andrews, Vice President of Marketing; and Jocelyn Ding, Operations Fellow. All three executives will be based at OODA Health’s headquarters in San Francisco.
These executive appointments come at a time when OODA Health is preparing for rapid growth following the recent launch of its OODAPay platform and successful pilot programs with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Blue Cross of California and CommonSpirit Health Hospitals (formerly Dignity Health).

OODA Health Vice President of People Traunza Adams previously served as Chief People Officer for Ginger, a provider of on-demand behavioral health coaching, therapy and psychiatry. Prior to Ginger, Adams led People Operations at AppDynamics, an application performance management company. She has also held key human resources roles at UniversityNow, Salesforce.com, IBM and other firms. She holds a BA degree in French and Sociology from Stanford University.
OODA Health Vice President of Marketing Joe Andrews previously served as Vice President, Product and Solutions Marketing for InsideView, a SaaS provider of business intelligence. Prior to InsideView, Joe served in a marketing leadership role at Zuora, where he helped to drive category awareness and growth for their subscription billing and payments platform. Previously, Joe held product marketing roles at VMware and earlier held product management and business operations roles at Intuit. He holds a BA in Economics from Brandeis University.
OODA Health Operations Fellow Jocelyn Ding previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Omada Health, where she led teams responsible for customer success, enrollment marketing, health coaching, customer support, security and information technology. Prior to Omada, Ding led the operations teams at Google Enterprise and Postini where she played a key role in enabling businesses of all sizes to adopt cloud technology. She holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota, and completed her undergraduate studies in business administration and accountancy at the University of the Philippines.
