PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Zycus Inc. successfully concluded the 12th edition of its annual conference “Horizon 2019” on a high note at the city of Charleston, SC. Horizon 2019 witnessed record footfall of 300+ attendees that included Zycus customers, renowned industry experts and prospective clients. City tours and carriage rides through the beautiful streets of Charleston, a red carpet themed awards night at the Thomas Bennett House and a luxurious stay at the splendid Belmond Charleston Place added glitz and glamour to this three day extravaganza from 3rd to 5th November.
Going with the theme “Beyond Digitalization: The Dawn of Autonomous Procurement” this year, Horizon 2019 included 30+ speaking sessions and panel discussions along the lines of digital transformation and AI powered procurement. More than 40 speakers, analysts and thought leaders including the likes of Forrester Research, Ardent Partners, and Spend Matters expressed their views. Rich Karlgaard, Publisher and Author, Forbes kicked off Day 1 of the event with his keynote address “How to Future Proof your Company” to a full audience. Followed by this, Aatish Dedhia, CEO and Founder, Zycus unveiled the Zycus vision of AI powered procurement with Zycus solutions, Zycus Merlin AI suite and a live demonstration of Zycus Merlin AI bots. On the evening of Day 1, Zycus customers who have excelled in adopting Zycus solutions to digitalize their procurement processes and achieve their KPIs were awarded by Aatish Dedhia, CEO and Founder, Zycus. Awardees included Curtiss-Wright, CDK Global, AmeriHealth Caritas, The College Board, Porsche Cars North America, Heineken and Belden. Day 2 of the event followed with many sessions and highlights including a panel discussion on “Woman Power in Procurement” with the leading ladies of procurement.
