The implementation, which was completed in under five months using a team of five people from FAST and an agile team at AAA Life, integrated AAA’s ecosystem to FAST’s cloud. AAA Life has a successful dedicated program sponsorship that recognized positive organizational change and business readiness, allowing project milestones to be met on time. Additionally, FAST leveraged its partnership with Amazon Web Service Inc. (AWS) and is prepared for AAA’s expected high volumes and planned policy conversion.
