Airgain Announces $7 Million Share Repurchase Program

SAN DIEGO--()--Airgain, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIRG), a leading provider of advanced antenna technologies used to enable high performance wireless networking across a broad range of devices and markets, including consumer, enterprise, and automotive, has announced that its Board of Directors approved a share repurchase program pursuant to which Airgain may repurchase up to $7 million of shares of its common stock.

Under the share repurchase program, repurchases may be made from time-to-time in open market and negotiated purchases, effective immediately through the next twelve months. Airgain currently has approximately 9.7 million shares outstanding.

These repurchases will be made in compliance with the SEC’s Rule 10b-18, subject to market conditions, available liquidity, cash flow, applicable legal requirements and other factors. This program does not obligate Airgain to acquire any particular amount of common stock and the program may be suspended or discontinued at any time. Airgain expects to finance the purchases with existing cash balances.
