BRANFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sachem Capital Corp. (NYSE American: SACH) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $5.00 per share, for a total of approximately $10 million in gross proceeds. The offering is expected to close on July 26, 2019, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. The company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 300,000 additional shares to cover over allotments, if any.
Aegis Capital Corp. is serving as the sole book runner for the offering.
