NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Integrative Life Center (ILC), a leading community-based behavioral health care provider, today announced the expansion of its executive leadership team with the addition of Christi Cessna, MS as its first chief development and marketing officer. Cessna bolsters the capabilities of ILC with over two decades of experience in behavioral health marketing and services development.
“Throughout her career as a clinician and in operational roles, Christi has been devoted to delivering transformative care to those in need and continually improving behavioral health care,” said Ryan Chapman, CEO of ILC. “Her dedication and compassionate approach to outreach has allowed her to translate the unique needs of patients into tailored programs rooted in delivering evidenced-based care. Our vision to reach more patients in need of care has led us to Christi, and we are excited to further our efforts under her leadership.”
As chief development and marketing officer, Cessna will be responsible for ILC’s national outreach, marketing, enhancing patient experience, clinical collaboration and increasing awareness of ILC’s comprehensive services. Additionally, she will oversee the business development team, working with ILC’s industry partners and identifying new markets and business opportunities.
“ILC has noticeably grown during the last year with the addition of new service lines and an influx of patients seeking their care,” said Cessna. “Their tailored programs aim to treat the whole person and improve outcomes for those suffering from multiple disorders. Our efforts moving forward will be focused on connecting with those in need of our care throughout the region and around the country.”
Prior to taking on roles in executive leadership, Cessna spent several years as a practicing clinician. She most recently served as vice president of clinical outreach at Constellation Behavioral Health and has also served as senior director of marketing at Sierra Tucson.
