BEIJING--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wanda Sports Group Company Limited, a leading global sports events, media and marketing platform, today announced that it has filed a Registration Statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the proposed initial public offering (the “Proposed Offering”) of American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) representing its Class A ordinary shares (the “Shares”). The Company has applied to list the ADSs on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol “WSG.”
The number of ADSs to be offered and the price range for the Proposed Offering have not yet been determined. A registration statement on Form F-1 relating to these securities has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective.
