AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GTY Technology Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: GTYH) (“GTY”), a leading vertical SaaS/Cloud solution for the public sector, today announced that it has entered into definitive agreements to sell 3,500,000 shares of its common stock to certain institutional investors in a registered direct offering at a price of $7.70 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of $26,950,000. The offering is expected to close on or about June 7, 2019.
