SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that it has named Intellectual Property Partner Jennifer Lane Spaith as head of the Firm’s Seattle office effective April 8, 2019.
Ms. Spaith will replace Seattle Office Head and Intellectual Property Litigation Partner Michael Keyes. “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time as Office Head, but look forward to focusing on my role on the Firm’s Management Committee. It has been an honor and a pleasure leading such a talented group of attorneys and staff in Seattle. I’m excited about where we are headed and I know Jennifer will do a terrific job in this role.”
Ms. Spaith’s practice is focused primarily on representing companies of all sizes in patent prosecution and portfolio management. She routinely works with a wide array of technologies ranging from electronics to artificial intelligence and other complex software systems to digital health and biosensor systems and clean or renewable energy technologies. In addition to maintaining a patent procurement practice, Ms. Spaith frequently advises clients on transactional matters involving technology and intellectual property.
