(Nasdaq: TCDA) today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of 6,440,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $36.00 per share, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase 840,000 additional shares of common stock for total gross proceeds of approximately $231.8 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Tricida.
