Company Provides Valentine’s Day Update and Three-Year Outlook

CARLE PLACE, N.Y.--()--1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. (NASDAQ:FLWS), the leading provider of gourmet and floral gifts for all occasions, is hosting an Investor Day today, Friday, March 22, 2019 in New York City beginning at 8:30 am EDT.

Presentations will be made by the Company’s senior management team who will provide an in-depth overview of the Company’s strategic vision, long-term goals and growth outlook. Presentations will also cover the Company’s major brands and feature the brand presidents and senior marketing and merchandising leaders for 1-800-Flowers.com, Harry & David, Cheryl’s Cookies and other food brands and BloomNet. In addition, the Company’s senior IT executives will share an overview of the Company’s latest technology initiatives.

Included in the Company’s presentations will be a discussion of its three-year revenue target of approximately $1.4 billion (fiscal year 2021). In addition, the Company will provide comments on the results of the recent Valentine’s Day holiday period that reflect continued market share expansion, including revenue growth of approximately 7.0% and 18.0% for its Consumer Floral and BloomNet segments, respectively. The Company will also reaffirm its previously-announced guidance as provided on January 31, 2019
