CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vox Mobile announced today the appointment of Peter Paras as Chief Executive Officer of the company. Peter has been a member of Vox Mobile’s Board of Directors and brings more than 30 years of experience building, growing and managing sales organizations - with particular focus on high-performance company cultures.

In addition, Peter reengineered the organization’s company culture with the implementation of a strategic incentive and compensation plan - critical in driving sustainable performance gains. Prior to this, Peter was the CEO of CardioMedical, Inc. where he propelled business 20-fold by the end of year one, driving double-digit annual sales gains to produce 500% growth between years two through six.
Peter succeeds Monica Bruni as CEO, who after thoughtful consideration, stepped down for personal reasons. During her time as CEO, Monica’s focus was on bringing predictability to the business while building a Leadership Team empowered to lead their respective departments to the next level of customer satisfaction and company profitability.
