Graco Launches Innovative New Airless Spraying Technologies

Extreme VortexTM pump durability and BlueLinkTM jobsite and sprayer management capability

MINNEAPOLIS--()--Graco Inc. (NYSE:GGG), a leading manufacturer of fluid handling equipment, is proud to introduce new innovative technologies with the launch of the new Ultra®, UltraMAXTM II, FinishProTM II 595 and TexSprayTM Mark electric airless sprayers as well as GMAX® and TexSpray HD gas airless sprayers.

These new sprayers continue the legacy of Graco’s breakthrough spraying innovations over the last six decades. Designed to help contractors improve their profitability and increase efficiencies, the new Endurance VortexTM MaxLife® piston pumps included on select sprayers feature rotating piston rods for a 360-degree wear surface that delivers the longest pump life in the industry.

“Downtime is the profit killer of every painting contractor. The new Endurance Vortex MaxLife pumps are the longest lasting contractor-grade paint sprayer pumps ever built and will keep contractors spraying longer and finishing jobs faster. The MaxLife Extreme rod includes our hardest and smoothest wear surface ever to extend pump rod life by three times and provide the industry’s lowest cost of ownership,” said Bob Gundersen, Global Product Marketing Manager at Graco.

The majority of new electric-powered airless sprayers also include the new BlueLink Job & Sprayer Management System. By pairing a powerful, free mobile app with new Bluetooth®-enabled Graco sprayers, the BlueLink system provides contractors with real-time jobsite and sprayer information and includes multiple levels of access to support the different needs of company owners, managers and painters.

“Every contracting business is unique and so are the ways each company manages the resources driving their businesses every day. Contractors are busy and looking for new ways to increase productivity — and specifically tracking job progress and managing sprayer performance is critical to maximizing profit. With the BlueLink system, an owner or manager can now monitor their sprayer’s location, track overall job productivity and set maintenance schedules. It also enables a painter on the jobsite to view live sprayer performance right on their phone,” said Dan Johnson, Global Product Marketing Manager at Graco.
