ADA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LegalShield, North America’s leading provider of affordable legal plans for individuals, families and small businesses, announced today two new additions to the Product Leadership team. Jennifer Gaglione joins LegalShield as the Senior Director of Marketing, while Allen Spence joins the company as the Director, Product Lead – IDT.

In her role as Senior Director of Marketing, Gaglione will be responsible for developing and coordinating marketing strategy, content and implementation. She will oversee the content and creative groups within the Product Leadership team, as well as the Sales Support Marketing Directors and marketing operations processes.
Gaglione brings extensive experience in both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer marketing. She previously worked at MetLife, where she held positions in marketing and product development. Prior to MetLife, she led employer and broker marketing communications efforts for Hyatt Legal Plans, a MetLife company.

As Director, Product Lead – IDT, Allen Spence will be responsible for leading all aspects of IDShield Product Leadership, including product strategy, creation, plan content, pricing, promotion and management of third party IDShield relationships.
Spence joins LegalShield with 15 years of experience in marketing, product management and leadership development. Most recently, he worked at Eagle Palm and Borden, where he led initiatives in transforming organizations by increasing brand awareness, sales and market penetration.
