The funds were raised from existing investors, GV (formerly Google Ventures), Foresite Capital, TPG Biotech, WuXi NextCODE, and Claremont Creek Ventures, as well as debt and equity financing from Innovatus Capital Partners, LLC.

DNAnexus supports some of the largest human genome sequencing projects in the world, including NIH’s All of Us, St. Jude Cloud, AstraZeneca’s 2-million genome initiative, and the Regeneron-Geisinger collaboration.
