About the Lawsuit
On November 19, 2018, media sources revealed the arrests of Nissan CEO and Chairman, Carlos Ghosn and former Senior VP, Greg Kelly, by Japanese authorities for financial crimes. Nissan later disclosed the discovery of numerous wrongful acts by both spanning years, including improperly reporting expenses and personal use of company assets. On this news, the price of Nissan’s ADRs plummeted.
