Presented during the REITWorld 2018 Annual Conference in San Francisco, CA, the award celebrates sustainability leaders from nine major property sectors including healthcare, retail, office and residential. Ventas has received the award three times since the recognition became embedded within the GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) Survey in 2012.
