Futures of Palm Beach Becomes Futures Recovery Healthcare

Florida-based addiction treatment center celebrates its rebranding with the launch of its new website and announcement of its LegitScript certification

TEQUESTA, Fla.--()--Today Futures of Palm Beach, a leading behavioral healthcare organization providing residential and aftercare therapy for substance use disorders, announced it has rebranded as Futures Recovery Healthcare. The rebranding is marked by the launch of the organization’s new website and coupled with Futures’ receipt of the industry’s symbol of ethical advertising and referral practices in the treatment sector: the LegitScript certification.

“Few other medical conditions require as extensive an array of specialized care as the chronic disease of addiction,” says Deja Gilbert, COO of Futures. “At Futures, we approach this complex disorder by providing treatment models that address the substance use disorder and the mental and physical conditions it co-occurs with. Our treatment program provides comprehensive residential, outpatient, and aftercare treatment options. Designed to work as a complete continuum of care, it gives patients and their families the tools they need to maintain sobriety as well as mental and physical well-being for the rest of their lives. As such, we are aptly rebranding as Futures Recovery Healthcare, a name that encompasses this complete platform of sustained recovery.”

The Futures’ system involves a medically supervised detoxification protocol followed by an individualized care plan that includes integrated holistic care, evidence-based approaches, and customized therapies. Upon arrival at Futures, patients are connected to specialized care providers, support groups, and counselors. They are also welcomed into Futures’ robust alumni program offering them the opportunity to remain connected to the organization for the rest of their lives, no matter what. “Welcoming patients to our alumni family upon arrival is purposeful,” says Ryan Miller, Director of Alumni Services, “It shows how much we value the choice they’ve made to entrust us with their recovery and that we are committed to standing beside them in their journey.”

“The role of treatment at Futures is not to change people, but to free them,” says Gilbert. “We renew their independence and self-reliance by providing comprehensive, quality care from the minute they enter treatment all the way through discharge planning and ongoing alumni communication.”

The rebrand of Futures coincides with its receipt of the LegitScript certification—a status achieved only through an extensive review process that tests the veracity of a provider’s licensure, treatment, and service claims. As ethical challenges continue to plague the treatment sector, Google enlisted LegitScript to vet providers wishing to advertise on its platform last year. The result is a certification displayed on the provider’s website that serves as a signal to prospective patients and referring professionals that every aspect of the program’s clinical and marketing practices has been thoroughly vetted.

“The certification by LegitScript further shows our commitment to the highest standards of ethical practices,” says Gilbert. “It joins our accreditation by the Joint Commission, our professionals’ standing in Florida’s large and talented addiction treatment community, and our dedication to privacy and efficacy as more evidence of our promise to quality care.”
