HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ICON Information Consultants, LP, has earned the top spot as the largest women-owned business in the area for three consecutive years. The Houston Business Journal released their list of Largest Houston-Area Women-Owned Businesses for the 2017 fiscal year, and again gave the top spot to ICON Consultants, a provider of human capital solutions, consulting, payroll and professional services.
