NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Gemini Trust Company, LLC (Gemini), a New York trust company that is a licensed digital asset exchange and custodian, announced today that Jeanine Hightower-Sellitto has joined as Managing Director of Operations to lead the Client Services Team, which is focused on enhancing the Gemini platform experience for institutional investors. Ms. Hightower-Sellitto joined Gemini on Sept. 10, 2018, and reports directly to Gemini President Cameron Winklevoss.
Ms. Hightower-Sellitto most recently served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at NASDAQ subsidiary International Securities Exchange (ISE), an operator of three electric options exchanges. As COO, Ms. Hightower-Sellitto was responsible for the ISE office and ISE business management during the organization’s transition to NASDAQ, which acquired ISE in June 2016 for $1.1B. Ms. Hightower-Sellitto also held leadership roles in business development, product management, and relationship management during her 13-year tenure at ISE.
