Sabre’s GetThere and Rocketrip Team Up to Enhance the Business Traveler Experience

NEW YORK & SOUTHLAKE, Texas--()--Rocketrip and Sabre announced a joint partnership to improve business travel for leading organizations and their employees. As a preferred partner for GetThere, Rocketrip will work with Sabre to develop a seamless solution for GetThere customers to help them engage employees with a traveler-centric program that also reduces costs.

The collaboration seeks to elevate the business traveler’s experience while helping travel, finance, and HR teams meet their business goals. By leveraging Rocketrip’s platform, GetThere customers will be able to encourage and reward employees for spending less while traveling. By motivating employees to spend less on their flights, hotels, trains, and rental cars, Rocketrip clients have seen savings of over $200 on the average business trip.

“Rocketrip enables us to deliver additional value and options to our customers,” said Andy Finkelstein, senior vice president of global accounts at Sabre Travel Network. “By working closely with Rocketrip, Sabre will be able to offer GetThere customers a powerful tool to engage employees and improve satisfaction with their travel program while helping to reduce overall travel spend.”

In today’s workplace, a company’s corporate travel program has a massive impact on culture, hiring, and retention. Business travel is taxing and when employees are on the road, they lose time with family and loved ones. Sabre and Rocketrip have a shared goal to make business travel better for employees and to help companies activate strategic and effective travel management programs.

“Sabre’s goal to continuously innovate and give business travelers infinite choice mirrors what Rocketrip is working to accomplish,” said Dan Ruch, CEO at Rocketrip. “We’re excited to partner with them to develop solutions aimed at fostering employee-centric travel programs.”
