BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Quorum Health Corporation (NYSE: QHC) announced today that the Company has completed the sale of the physical assets of the 45-bed McKenzie Regional Hospital in McKenzie, Tennessee to Baptist Memorial Health Care. The transaction was effective on September 30, 2018. Prior to the completion of the transaction, the Company had discontinued all operations at the facility. All net proceeds from the transaction will be used to pay down the Term Loan Facility.
