NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Earnest Research, the leading analytics company pioneering the use of data on consumer behavior and company performance, has hired veteran engineering executive Yonatan Feldman as its Chief Technology Officer to oversee the development of a new generation of products at the company.

With accurate and real-time data on sales, orders and other purchasing trends, Earnest enables companies to deeply understand customer habits and gain valuable intelligence on competitors.
With over two decades of experience Feldman joins Earnest Research from Instagram, where he led Instagram's Shopping teams, enabling businesses to sell products on the platform. Prior to that, he managed teams at Facebook responsible for developing the company’s news related products. Feldman also previously worked at Gilt Groupe as Vice President of Engineering, launching Gilt Japan, Gilt City, and building Gilt Mobile into a $300MM business.
In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Feldman will lead efforts to define and build the next generation of Earnest data products focused on machine learning. Feldman will also continue to grow Earnest’s engineering and product teams, leveraging technology to scale the organization.
