PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Entercom Communications Corp. (NYSE:ETM) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend on the Company’s stock of $0.09 per share. The dividend is payable on September 14, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 24, 2018. A portion of this distribution may be a return of capital, however, the amount is not known at this time.
