NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ceros, a leading experiential content design platform, announced today that it has acquired one of the top online chart builders, ChartBlocks. The acquisition furthers Ceros’s goal to transform how content is created and experienced online.
“ChartBlocks is part of our mission to make Ceros the most powerful cloud-based professional creative suite for designers and marketers,” said Simon Berg, CEO of Ceros. “By continuously building new apps and features, integrating with key partners, and acquiring apps like ChartBlocks, we’re committed to helping brands to create the greatest content experiences.”
The ChartBlocks acquisition follows a string of new partnerships and integrations for Ceros including partnerships with Google Fonts and The Noun Project as well as marketing integrations with HubSpot and Marketo.
Ceros enables marketers and designers to create beautiful visual and interactive content experiences without code, and at a fraction of the time and cost of traditional development. Similarly, ChartBlocks enables the creation of online responsive charts without coding that can be embedded and dynamically updated across the web.
ChartBlocks will be directly integrated into the Ceros platform over the next several months but is available immediately for existing Ceros users who can now create ChartBlocks charts and easily import them into their Ceros canvas.
As part of the acquisition, Ceros is making previously paid personal plans free to all new and existing ChartBlocks users. Existing Ceros customers will now have a ChartBlocks elite plan included as part of their Ceros subscription.
“This is just the beginning,” said Berg, “we’re thrilled with how ChartBlocks will empower our customers to easily build dynamic data visualizations in Ceros and really excited about the initiatives that we’ve got in the works to build upon the acquisition.”
