Newmont Announces Quarterly Dividend of $0.14 per Share

DENVER--()--Newmont Mining Corporation (NYSE: NEM) (Newmont or the Company) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share of common stock, payable on September 27, 2018, to holders of record at the close of business on September 13, 2018.

The dividend of $0.14 per share is 87% higher than the dividend declared in the prior year quarter.

The declaration and payment of future quarterly dividends remains at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will depend on the Company's financial results, cash requirements, future prospects and other factors deemed relevant by the Board.
