SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Harland Clarke®, a leading provider of omni-channel, customer engagement solutions, has appointed Rachel Bergman to senior vice president of digital strategy and head of data, analytics and consulting. Jeff Lundal has been appointed as president of its Retail Channels Division. These roles augment Harland Clarke’s current capabilities with the skills and talent necessary to drive innovation for clients and consumers.

In her role as senior vice president of digital strategy and head of data, analytics and consulting, Rachel is responsible for driving digital innovation, strategy and delivery across Harland Clarke with a keen focus on clients’ return on investment. In addition, Rachel leads the data analytics team in the research, development and integration of data analytics and business intelligence that lead to improved solution performance and enhanced customer experiences.
With more than 20 years of marketing technology experience, Rachel most recently served as the Head of Email Services for Valassis, part of Harland Clarke Holdings. Her experience spans senior leadership roles at Experian, where she worked with clients such as American Express, USAA, Hilton Hotels and Neiman Marcus. Additionally, she served as the General Manager and SVP of CheetahMail, Experian’s former email marketing business, and as the CEO of their social media marketing practice.
As president of the Retail Channels Division, Jeff is responsible for growing relationships with major big box retailers, software companies, direct selling associations, franchise organizations and directly to businesses small to large. Fluent in building successful businesses that are ultra-focused on delivering value to clients, Jeff will drive growth in Harland Clarke’s e-commerce, promotional products and check solutions.
With more than 20 years of experience, Jeff most recently served as the senior vice president of Digital Prime Sales for Oracle—a start-up division he launched that is focused on delivering Oracle's cloud application suite to SMBs across North America. Prior to this assignment, he served as Group Vice President leading the Oracle Service Cloud business, which focuses on delivering industry leading customer experience solutions to key brands in the Financial Services, Retail, Communications and Direct-to-Consumer verticals. Prior to Oracle, Jeff held senior executive positions with Experian, Responsys and Doubleclick, as well as led two start-ups through launch and exit.
