Upon accepting the position of Tarsus Entertainment CEO, John immediately began working to create a first-rate executive leadership group and after an extensive search, John has announced Adrien Poirier as the company CFO. Regarding the selection of Adrien as CFO, Mr. Cora stated “his valuation and mergers and acquisitions experience, business acumen and financial markets experience will help us deliver incomparable value to our investors. He will also play a key role in accelerating our efforts to challenge the traditional ways of monetizing the entertainment marketplace.”
Adrien brings to Tarsus Entertainment over 35 years of financial and operational experience from the Ford Motor Company, Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young and Loral and the Walt Disney Company, where he worked for John Cora. Prior to joining Tarsus Entertainment, Adrien was most recently CFO at VisionMaker. Predating VisionMaker, Adrien was CFO of Baja Fresh, Sweet Factory, Cinnaworks (the largest franchisee of Cinnabon in the US) and La Salsa Mexican Restaurants. Adrien was CFO of all of the companies held by the same investment group. During his 10-year tenure at these companies, he negotiated the acquisition of Baja Fresh from Wendy's International, La Salsa from Carl's Jr., and Cinnaworks from Cinnabon Inc. Adrien saw the growth of the companies from annual sales of $25 million to over $450 million.
