New Independent Research Study Reveals Keys to Enabling Smarter Procurement

New study reveals challenges faced by organizations, the potential role of Artificial Intelligence and how to best realize its transformative potential

REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--()--In a keynote presentation at the Ivalua NOW conference in New York, Forrester Vice President, Principal Analyst Duncan Jones today revealed the results of a new study commissioned by Ivalua, a leading global Spend Management Cloud provider.

The study, entitled “Enabling Smarter Procurement” looks at how modern software can help address Chief Procurement Officers’ new priorities. 433 respondents across North America and Europe were surveyed by Forrester Consulting as part of the study. The results provide a practical look at what challenges are keeping procurement leaders from making more informed, strategic decisions, the potential of innovative technologies such as Artificial Intelligence to transform decision-making, and what companies must do to realize the full potential of these new technologies today.

The study results will be presented again in a webcast scheduled for 11 AM Eastern Standard Time on June 13, 2018. The webcast will be hosted by Ivalua with a guest presentation by Duncan Jones and include live audience Q&A.
