Columbia Property Trust Releases First Quarter 2018 Results and Raises 2018 Guidance

NEW YORK--()--Columbia Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CXP) has released its quarterly update and financial results for the period ending March 31, 2018, by posting its First Quarter Form 10-Q and Supplemental Information package to the Investor Relations section of its website.

The Supplemental Information package contains a summary of financial results and highlights for the quarter on page three, and enumerates the following key points:

  • Portfolio now approximately 97% leased, with economic occupancy expected to increase substantially throughout the remainder of the year;
  • Reduced leverage after sale of 22.5% interest in University Circle and 333 Market to Allianz, our joint venture partner, for $235.3 million;
  • Raised 2018 guidance range.
