Ian brings 20 years of experience in sports marketing. Prior to joining GumGum, Ian spent several years at NBC, first with NBC Sports Ventures as the Vice President of Partnerships for Dew Tour, Red Bull Signature Series, Spartan Race, and Pro Motocross, then as Vice President of Sponsorship Strategy and contributing to NBC’s Golf vertical.

Other previous roles include working with Disney and ESPN Media Networks on the emerging digital streaming television business. Partilla played a key sales role in the transition of ESPN Broadband to ESPN360, then to ESPN3, and ultimately to the ESPN App. He then joined the X Games fulltime to help launch the global expansion of the X Games property. The team created six events around the globe with events staged in Barcelona and Munich Olympic parks, and Foz Do Iguacu, Brazil, Tignes, France, LA and Aspen.
