Fullscreen’s General Manager Pete Stein will oversee the acquisition. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Effective immediately, the Reelio platform will be integrated into Fullscreen, building on the company’s existing influencer marketing capabilities and providing best-in-class services to its brand clients. Reelio’s technology offers data-driven automation and AI to connect brands and influencers, complementing what Fullscreen has already built and allowing the company to make the influencer marketing process automated, scalable, and streamlined from start to finish. Incorporating Reelio’s technology will allow Fullscreen’s clients to continue to achieve strong ROI and effectiveness with every influencer marketing campaign executed. Reelio’s existing clients will continue to have access to its platform, along with the full spectrum of Fullscreen brand services to deliver even more value.
