RESTON, Va.--()--Govplace, a leading solutions provider for the public sector, announced today the addition of Suzanne Liscouski as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. Suzanne brings more than 18 years of experience serving in similar leadership roles including VP of Federal Civilian Agencies & Client Executive with NCI, Inc., VP of Homeland Security at CCSi, and Business Development Director of Homeland Security at TASC, Inc. Her time as an Industry executive coupled with an impressive Federal career including tours at the Pentagon, White House and Department of Homeland Security will assist in honing Govplace’s focus on providing services and solutions back to the Federal government .

In this role, Suzanne will serve on Govplace’s Executive Team providing leadership in developing corporate strategy and associated plans for business development and capture efforts, aligning company strategy and priorities with current and future government needs.

Suzanne completed her Senior Executive Service training at the Federal Executive Institute in 2005 and is a Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government Senior Executive Fellow. She holds an M.A. in International Security Studies/U.S. Foreign and Defense Policy from The American University and holds a B.A. in International Affairs and Spanish from Sweet Briar College in Virginia. She began her Federal career as a Presidential Management Fellow. Having been in the Pentagon during the 9/11 attack, and working in the aftermath of the DoD response and stand up of DHS, Liscouski has dedicated her career to supporting key government missions both inside the government and out.
