Lindberg began working in Learning & Development as a National Sales Trainer for the Tony Robbins’ Companies. As one of Robbins’ dedicated motivational speakers, Lindberg was introduced to hundreds of companies, guiding their C-suite, HR, and training executives through the strategies and tactics of workforce learning. For the next 18 years, Lindberg developed learning programs for Wells Fargo, Medica Health Insurance, and Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare.
In addition to her 18 years of Learning & Development expertise as part of an internal team, Lindberg has a keen business background developed through contracting arrangements and positions held at nationwide companies in a variety of industries.
