MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Code42, the global leader in cloud-based endpoint data security and recovery, announced today that Eric Wansong joined the company as its senior vice president of customer success. To this role, Wansong brings a 30-year career, during which he specialized in enhancing customer experiences, optimizing customer support operations, and leading services and sales teams.

In his new role, Wansong will be globally responsible for post-sale services, education, support, and customer success and expansions.
