First Choice Bancorp Receives a New Stock Symbol “FCBP”

CERRITOS, Calif.--()--First Choice Bancorp, the “Bancorp” (OTCQX: FCBP), announced that FINRA has approved the OTC ticker symbol “FCBP” for Bancorp’s common shares. Bancorp’s common shares will commence trading on the OTCQX Market under this ticker symbol effective December 26, 2017 before the close of market. As result of the previously announced reorganization of First Choice Bank which became effective on December 21, 2017, the “Bank” (OTCQX: FCBK), the Bank’s common shares, which previously traded on the OTCQX Market under the ticker symbol FCBK, have stopped trading and the Bank is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bancorp.

All stock trading, filings and market-related information regarding Bancorp will be reported under the new ticker symbol, OTCQX: FCBP.
