LUXEMBOURG & OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Ferrero Group (“Ferrero”), a global confectionary group, today announced that a Ferrero affiliated company has completed its previously announced acquisition of Ferrara Candy Company from L Catterton.
